How long is a typical session?

A typical session is 50-55 minutes 

Do you take insurance?

We currently accept Blue Cross Blue Shield, Blue Care Network, United Healthcare, Blue Cross Complete, and Aetna. While we do accept insurance, it is the client’s responsibility to verify their coverage and benefits prior to the first session.
Please note: not all therapists are credentialed with Blue Care Network.

If you are not covered by one of these insurance providers, services may still be eligible for out-of-network reimbursement. We encourage you to contact your insurance company to ask if your plan includes out-of-network benefits for mental health services.

How does billing work?

If you plan to use insurance, we’ll complete a benefit check to help confirm your eligibility and estimate what your sessions may cost. While we do our best to provide accurate information, it’s always helpful to contact your insurance provider directly to understand your coverage, deductible, and copay or coinsurance. A payment method is securely kept on file through our client portal and charged after each session or once claims are processed.

If you prefer to pay privately, the card on file will simply be charged after each session. Please note that same-day cancellations incur an $80 fee.
