I know how heavy life can feel when you’re doing your best but still struggling to hold everything together. Whether it’s the weight of anxiety, the stress of parenting, or old wounds that keep showing up in new ways, therapy can be a place to slow down and start untangling it all.

I’m a licensed clinical social worker and the founder of Wildflower Therapy & Wellness. My approach is warm, practical, and grounded in real life. I use play therapy, CBT, and EMDR to help clients make sense of their experiences, find relief, and build confidence in their ability to move forward.

If you’re ready to start feeling more like yourself again, I’d love to walk alongside you. Reach out to schedule a session or learn more about how therapy at Wildflower Therapy & Wellness can help you or your family begin the next step toward healing and growth.

Life can wear you out. As time goes on, it can become increasingly difficult to prioritize your own needs. We can often lose track of who we really are and what we want out of life. Taking the first step of going to therapy is brave, especially when you have been struggling on your own for a long time.
I specialize in helping clients work through anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship or career stress. Therapy with me is a space to feel seen, supported, and gently challenged. Together, we’ll make sense of what you’re going through—and help you feel more like you again.
You deserve a space where you feel seen, supported, and empowered to create the change you’re seeking. Together, we can explore what’s holding you back, build tools to move forward, and help you create a life that feels more fulfilling.

I choose to work with young children because I have seen how much of a difference early support can make. Early childhood is a time when kids are learning how to understand their feelings, communicate their needs, and cope with life’s challenges. It is a critical time for developing self-awareness, emotional regulation, and healthy coping skills. When children receive support early, they can build skills that help them both now and as they grow.

My approach is patient, creative, and straightforward. In therapy, I aim to create a space where children feel comfortable expressing themselves and where caregivers also feel supported. I use play, creativity, and age-appropriate interventions to help children explore emotions, develop coping skills, and work through difficult experiences. I strive to meet children and their caregivers where they are, using a strengths-based perspective that recognizes each family's unique experiences and abilities. I believe we are all doing the best we can with the tools we have. Together, we can explore new tools, address difficult emotions and situations, and build on existing strengths.
My goal is to help children develop confidence, improve emotional regulation, and gain a better understanding of themselves and their experiences. I am committed to creating a supportive and collaborative environment where children feel safe, valued, and capable of growth. I am looking forward to partnering with families to support their child's growth and overall well-being!
